Bistro Meringues started with a moment of inspiration when owner/baker Martha Glass had the idea to start a new company making small batch French-style meringue cookies.

No one else was making these delightful, healthy treats and Martha saw the creative potential for a range of flavors. She launched Bistro Meringues with Cherry Chocolate putting a fresh twist on a classic flavor combination.

Several years and thousands of happy customers later, Bistro Meringues come in five delicious flavors: vanilla, almond, cherry, mint, and lemon. We also offer a vanilla dessert cup offering the home cook a perfect blank canvas for gourmet creations.
